Receptionist
THE ROLE & TEAM
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Leeds office, providing exceptional front-of-house support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our workplace.
This is a varied role that combines reception duties, office administration, facilities support, and meeting coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a professional and positive experience for everyone who visits or contacts our office. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to provide administrative and operational support whilst helping maintain a welcoming and efficient workplace.
Please note: Internally this role is called Client Experience Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the reception desk and provide a professional front-of-house service.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately.
Prepare, open, and close meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully equipped for use.
Coordinate food and refreshment orders for meetings and events.
Arrange travel and hotel bookings for colleagues as required.
Process incoming mail, including scanning and distributing post.
Prepare and manage outgoing post and courier collections.
Maintain and clean client and colleague coffee machines, including regular flushing and upkeep.
Monitor and order office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock, and other essential items.
Support the wider office with general administrative and facilities-related tasks.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and approachable.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
Confident communicating with clients, visitors, and colleagues at all levels.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experienced in reception, front-of-house, office administration, or customer service roles
