Business Analyst/Case Manager Developer
THE ROLE & TEAM
We're looking for a Business Analyst / Case Management Developer to join our growing technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of our legal technology landscape. This is a varied position where you'll wear multiple hats, working across business analysis, process improvement, solution design, system configuration, testing and user adoption.
Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues, you'll translate business requirements into practical, scalable case management solutions that drive efficiency, support growth and enhance the way our people work. From facilitating workshops and challenging existing processes to configuring workflows and delivering system improvements, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of change from idea through to implementation and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysing business processes, workflows and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Facilitating stakeholder workshops and documenting current and future-state processes.
Gathering, validating and documenting business and user requirements.
Creating functional specifications, process maps, use cases and user stories to support solution delivery.
Designing, configuring and enhancing case management workflows, forms and automations.
Translating technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
Conducting system, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Supporting solution rollouts, user training and adoption activities.
Monitoring solutions post-implementation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting business-as-usual enhancements, incident resolution and development requests through the technology backlog.
ABOUT YOU
We're open to candidates who come from either a Business Analyst or Case Management Developer background, but you'll already have experience within the legal sector and be comfortable working across both business and technical environments.
3-5 years' experience working with case management platforms within a legal environment.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Case Management Developer or similar legal technology professional.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews and process analysis.
Experience configuring or supporting case management, workflow or low-code platforms. Previous Clio Operate experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Strong process mapping and workflow design skills.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the business.
The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working.
