Senior Associate (4-6 PQE) Development
THE ROLE & TEAM
We are looking to recruit a talented Senior Associate (4–6 PQE) to join our Liverpool office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-quality mix of development and investment matters for a strong portfolio of major clients, within a collaborative and commercially focused team.
The team works closely with leading developers, investors, and occupiers across a wide range of sectors. This role offers a balanced caseload across both development and investment work, providing strong variety and exposure to complex, high-value transactions. Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality mix of development and investment work for a roster of major regional and national clients, while being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Acting on real estate development projects, including site assembly and collaboration agreements
Supporting on investment transactions for institutional and private clients
Negotiating and drafting a range of property documents, including agreements for lease, leases, and options
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm, including corporate and construction teams
Supporting junior team members where appropriate
ABOUT YOU
Qualified solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in Real Estate
Strong experience across development and/or investment work
Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Confident in managing client relationships and working with high-profile clients
Team-oriented, with a proactive and positive approach
