THE ROLE & TEAM

You’ll be part of a highly regarded Employment team, advising a broad range of clients across the private, public and third sectors.

• Providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice

• Managing your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support

• Supporting on complex tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work

• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted adviser

• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters

ABOUT YOU

We’re open on level, but you’ll ideally have:

• Qualified solicitor status with employment law expertise

• Experience advising clients across a range of employment matters

• Strong technical skills alongside a pragmatic, commercial approach

• Confidence managing your own workload and prioritising effectively

• Excellent communication skills and an interest in building client relationships
