THE ROLE & TEAM
You’ll be part of a highly regarded Employment team, advising a broad range of clients across the private, public and third sectors.
Providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice
Managing your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support
Supporting on complex tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work
Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted adviser
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ABOUT YOU
We’re open on level, but you’ll ideally have:
Qualified solicitor status with employment law expertise
Experience advising clients across a range of employment matters
Strong technical skills alongside a pragmatic, commercial approach
Confidence managing your own workload and prioritising effectively
Excellent communication skills and an interest in building client relationships
Most importantly, you’ll bring a collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a values-driven firm.
