We’re now looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join our London office (Postcode: EC2R 5AR), a key role supporting our fee earners across multiple teams, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Legal Support Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to our fee earners and partners, ensuring they, and our clients, receive an excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
Supporting file opening processes, including conflicts checks and AML
Preparing and submitting invoices and supporting financial processes
Assisting with onboarding new clients and matters
Acting as a point of contact for internal teams, clients and external contacts
Maintaining organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
Providing general administrative support to fee earners as needed
Supporting wider team and office activity, including occasional cross-office collaboration
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and confident in a fast-paced professional environment.
You’ll have:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support across teams
Experience within a legal or professional services environment
