THE ROLE & TEAM
At Brabners, events play a key role in how we engage with clients and bring our brand to life.
We’re looking for an Events Manager to help shape and deliver a high-quality, strategically aligned events programme, someone who is exceptionally organised, takes real ownership, and wants to play a key role in elevating our approach.
This isn’t a typical events position.
You’ll sit within our Marketing team, ensuring that events are fully integrated into wider marketing activity, not just delivered well, but delivered with purpose.
You’ll take ownership of a varied events programme, helping to ensure everything we deliver is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned to our business objectives. Alongside delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how events are designed, helping to shape more impactful, high-value experiences for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of events
Working across a varied programme, from smaller activity to larger flagship events
Ensuring events are aligned to wider campaigns and firm-wide objectives
Managing logistics in detail, including venues, suppliers, travel and accommodation
Managing budgets (events can range up to c.£150,000)
Providing clear, structured and regular updates to stakeholders
Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless delivery
Line managing and supporting one direct report
Setting clear plans, objectives and priorities across your area

This isn’t a strict 9–5 role, events can include evenings and occasional weekends, and flexibility is essential.
