Solicitor (2 PQE) - Investment & Property Management
THE ROLE & TEAM
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor (2 PQE) to join the Manchester office in our growing Investment & Property Management team within our Real Estate Group.
The team areis made up of experienced property lawyers who provide an efficient and cost-effective service. They handle a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and corporate support work, as well as providing strategic advice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial property documents, including leases, licences and related agreements
Support on investment and property management transactions and corporate support matters, ensuring matters each are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients on a variety of property management issues
Assist with portfolio management work for a range of clients, helping to maintain strong and long-term relationships
Work collaboratively with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work
Manage your own caseload (with appropriate supervision), ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
Contribute to delivering a cost-effective and commercially focused service in line with team objectives
ABOUT YOU
Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in commercial property or real estate
Experience gained through a training contract or equivalent, with exposure to property transactions or asset management work
Strong drafting and organisational skills, with good attention to detail
Commercially aware, with the ability to provide practical and client-focused advice
Able to manage your own workload varied caseload effectively, while also working collaboratively within a team
Confident communicator, building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
