We are recruiting for a brand-new role within our Marketing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative individual to shape and implement a new strategy for internal communications.

You will work closely with the Head of Communications to identify opportunities to develop engaging content for distribution across various internal channels, as well as developing new channels.

Your role will focus on effectively informing and promoting the Firm, its brand, people, strategic ambitions, values, and services. We’re looking for someone with the creativity to generate fresh ideas and inventive ways to communicate firmwide, while building on opportunities to strengthen engagement.

What we need from you

✔ Experience within an internal communications role.

✔ Experience managing both internal communications strategy and programmes.

✔ Comfortable planning, delivering and analysing communication campaigns.

✔ Strong copywriting skills across multiple channels.

✔ High attention to detail.

✔ Strong stakeholder management experience.

What you’ll be doing

·       Design, develop and deliver on all internal communications

·       Work closely with key internal stakeholders to manage, set and deliver on expectations.

·       Working collaboratively with the events team to support the delivery of internal events

·       Lead the communications to share information, tell stories and inform of news across the firm.

·       Provide content and copy for various channels and materials including e-newsletters, website, campaign materials, video etc.

·       Generate new ideas for content in line with communication strategy.

·       Support stakeholders in driving initiatives and content creation.
