Talent Development Partner
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Development Partner to shape and deliver impactful learning experiences across the firm. You’ll work closely with business leaders to identify evolving capability needs, strengthen individual and team performance, and embed a culture of continuous learning.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver innovative, learner-centred development programmes (in-house, digital, coaching) aligned to business priorities and emerging skills, including AI and digital literacy.
- Lead the creation and delivery of management, leadership, team, and soft skills programmes—delivering in-house where possible and sourcing trusted external partners where needed.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Development Coordinator to support effective delivery of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure talent strategies align with Brabners’ long-term capability needs, building a future-ready, technology-driven workforce.
- Design and deliver the firm’s leadership development framework, embedding consistent principles for current and future leaders.
- Drive succession planning, identifying and nurturing high-potential individuals and supporting long-term workforce sustainability.
- Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to co-create relevant, high-impact development solutions.
- Own and manage the learning budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and clear return on investment.
- Evaluate the impact of learning programmes using data, feedback, and performance outcomes to inform ongoing improvement and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective learning programmes across multiple formats and platforms.
- Deep understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture.
- Strong partnering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into learning priorities through collaborative stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing and analysing learning metrics to inform decision-making and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
