We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive or Paralegal to join our growing and busy Home Ownership team at Brabners.

What we need from you

• Experience in residential conveyancing (desirable)
• Strong organisational, communication, technical, and IT skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively

What you'll be doing

• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including shared ownership disposals, plot sales, staircasing and more.
• Conduct title checks and provide clear reports to clients
• Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
